I got a few of my labs back today. Interesting. My D was 116 (H), Zinc 56 (L), B6 279 (H) and Ferritin was 8 (L). It will be interesting to see what the rest of them are.

"Think twice.....Cut ONCE"
Great total numbers today. Nice to see a salad in your Bites too.
If your on 100K of D3 you might cut back very slowly to 4 days a week with 100K and 3 with 50K. Then in 3 months cut back again to 2 days a week with 100k and the rest 50K. Depending on your labs, of course. I tried to cut back a little too much and my D3 dropped more than my RD wanted so she told me to add the 20K just 5 days a week to my 50K. She's thinking cutting back too quickly may have dropped them too much. I have labs every 6 months.
I've kind of struggled with zinc too but it seems to be stable in the middle of the range. I just take 50mg twice a day.
Yep, my B6 went wild and I had to cut the B-Complex down to once a week. It comes in fine now but I have to supplement B1 every day.
That ferritin is way low. Are you on Tender iron (carbonyl) and Proferrin (heme iron)?

For the zinc I take 50mg twice a day and my zinc dropped from 80 right before surgery to 56 now.
I have to supplement B1 everyday too..
I am on Tender Iron right now. I am going to get script for proferrin forte and start that as well.

Not exactly sure what I ate today, wasn't too bad, cheese sticks, oysters, yogurt... I had like 3 hours of sleep, been dizzy a lot lately... Got a new chocolate PS cuz that vanilla was putting me off too much I couldn't drink it on routine... Hoping to break my stall as soon as TOM goes away...sleepy...
Can someone send me a link/page for DS Labs, and possibly an excel sheet so I can start charting labs this next visit, I have lab draw on the 1st of Sept and want to use the list from here if I can... Thx!
