Stuck in bureaucratic hell

I'd call your insurance directly and ask exactly what clinical documentation they are waiting on and then I'd send it to them myself.

I have BCBS State of CT and I called them everyday after DR Roslin's office submitted my paperwork.  Stay on top of the insurance company... finally after a few days they gave me someone who would watch the status and call me back...

You are paying for your insurance... you have the right to know what is going on with your case....
