Starting to research vitamins. Any advice?

Well, if you want to learn about vitamins/nutrients in general, sure, go get a book, or just use Google or Google Scholar to learn about them. But there is no such thing as a book that tells you anything about supplements, vitamins, micronutrients etc. in the DS and scarcely any such book for bariatric surgery in general.

Easiest thing to do is to scour the history on this board :-). And get tight with Vitalady, and avoid the Facebook Group "Nutrition Matters" like the plague.

Will do I just picked up some books! One is on carbs (simple & complex), one is on protein (breakdown of all things with higher protein), and a vitamin book that explains a lot about vitamins.  Like you said though there is no books on WLS.... especially the DS... wow has the internet and OH been such a help. You honestly have to teach yourself... its just so crazy but totally doable.
