Gina, sorry you didn't get your carrots. I hate long meetings.

107 today. This is 39 days of 100+. The record is 50 days.

I feel really stiuffed today...not sure why. Do wish the scale would move, it's been along time. I'm beginning to think this is it for my weight loss.



B: bacon, double protein shake

S: Swiss cheese, double protein shake

L: about 3-4 bites of turkey, avocado, tomato and cheese sandwich,

S: carbsmart fudge bar

S: protein coffee

D: grilling steak for DH...I'm too full to eat anything

Vites and fluids on track.

Exercites: 30 min on recumbent bike; does fixing vitamins for the month count? 30 min in the pool.

Maybe that vacay to St Louis will get you going again. Yes, sorting a month's worth of vitamins counts. lol  ((hugs))

We're having thunder showers this afternoon. Yeah! My grass is so brown and crunchy.

Having a hungry day here:

B: Cake Shake (7 carbs)
L: Cake Shake (7 carbs)
Snack: shrimp in a little ****tail sauce (11 carbs)
Snack: Cake Shake w/ Carb Smart Ice Cream (11 carbs)
Snack: ham and cheese w/ mayo

I am craving a hamburger (no bun) so I dunno.  Maybe a couple of low-carb burgers from Hardees? That would be 10 carbs ( 5 each)

I will have some celery and ranch later on. (4)

Total carbs today:  50

Vites CHECK.  Fluids CHECK.  Exercise not yet.

Hardees has low-carb burgers???  Is it on the menu or do you just order it that way (ie no bun, no ketchup, no onion)?

Yep.  On the menu.  It is a 1/3 lb thickburger wrapped in lettuce and according to their nutrition facts has 5 carbs.

You should start a What do you eat at fast food joints? thread.  We used to have some great lists of low carb fast food ideas.

I know that Kerry Johnson was a HUGE Wendy's Baconater fan.  And I ate a LOT of KFC grilled double downs at one point.
