Hi DSer Friends,
I have had a wonderful weight loss journey so far except for those dreaded stalls...I am currently down to 167lbs and coasting!! Im ok and not fretting too much because I know that stalls are all part of our journey...What I have noticed lately is that I can bloat up by mid day or early evening by as much as 3 or 4 lbs!! This is soooo frustrating....Is anyone else experiencing this too? I look forward to hearing your opinions on this subject and thank everyone who has helped me with all the awesome advice so far...

If you are eating like you should, you should weigh more at the end of the day then at the beginning when most of us go to the bathroom. If you are talking about being bloated with gas, that tells me you are eating stuff that gives you lots of gas, and you may want to do an elimination diet to find out what is causing the bloating. But I doubt that actual bloating would give you a weight gain of 3-4 pounds.
Weight fluctuation throughout the day is pretty normal.
That's why I only weigh in the mornings.
