Surgery Notes Help?!

In the mail today I received my surgical notes and chart records. No problems with the chart records but I have a few questions about what the surgical pathology notes say.  

Copied and listed as in order as they are on the report:

1. Gallbladder, not too worried about what this says since it's GONE! :)

2. Stomach, says its normal but the note under it says "NOTE: There are a few aggregations of lymphocytes and a small number of scattered lymphocytes in the mucosa"

3. Liver, needle biopsy:
-Fatty change, moderate
-A few scattered aggregations of chronic inflammatory cells including foamy histiocytes in lobules. See note
-Scattered glycogenated nuclei
-No significant stainable iron (iron stain)
-A few thin strands of fibrous tissue in sinusoids (trichrome stain)

NOTE:  There are scattered small clusters of polymorphonuclear leukocytes in the parenchyma, which may be secondary to the surgical procedure.  The liver biopsy includes approximately three or four portal tracts or portions of portal tracts.  The trichrome stain shows a few thin strans of fibrous tissue in sinusoids, of qeustionable significance.

On the upside my common channel is 75cm!!!  And my stomach is 110cc's (he used a 58 bougie)!
