I can't wait to be eating as much as everyone else. Right now my days are filled with almost all water and vites and if I have to drink broth one more week I'm going to scream lol
BITES: almost at the end of 3 weeks post-op
B - Fage with some splenda and sf strawberry preserves
L - Insides of some of the wifes crab cakes
S - protein shake 27 grams of protein (16oz liquid)
D - 2 slices of shredded bacon with a cup of chicken broth
VITES:
morning batch: done
midday batch: done
evening batch: done
bedtime batch: about to do
WATER:
3 16oz bottles
1 16oz protein shake
and probably one more bottle of water before bed.
EXERCITES:
walked around the block and helped clean the bedroom (hey I'm not quite 3 weeks out, I'm jealous of everyone elses exercising)
