Not feeling well today.

Have had some cake shakes and some bacon and eggs with cheese.

Trying to stay on top of the water.  Getting the vites in.  Must walk dogs even tho I would almost rather do anything else.

Ok must go get more water.

Hi Gina and everyone,
I got DD, teens and girlfriend off to CA and am now putting my house back together.
Been really hungry, so I just ate cheese until I felt full, guess it's better than carbs. Of course, now I'm not hungry at. All.

B1: double protein shake
B2: 2 fried eggs, bacon
L: 1/2 whole wheat thin bun (4 carbs)' turkey, cheese, avocado, tomato
S: carbsmart fudge bar
S: 2 bites of chocolate cake. (whoops....trouble)
S: lots of Swiss cheese eaten over a couple of hours
D: maybe hot dog if I get hungry
S: protein coffee

Vites and fluids on track.
Execiites: 1.5 mi mall walk; briefly in the pool: laundry and moving boxes all over the house

I bet you are happy to have your house back to yourself even if you miss the girls. It's the weekend, so cake is ok by me. lol

 GUys, had a pretty good day. Got a great workout in at the gym (far too hot to walk outside anyway), got groceries, washed off the pool deck, then had a float around.

B - coffee with hc, then a double scoop choc protein shake 46g
L - low carb wrap with tuna salad and shrimp, iced coffee with HC 20g
S - 6 large shrimp dipped in ranch 15g
D - large piece salmon blackened and caesar salad, sf mojito 35g
S - will probably be some cheese cubes and pepperoni slices while watching a DVD  20g
total protein : 136g protein, no idea how many carbs but have been doing my utmost to keep them to an absolute minimum.  Drank 1 litre water.

We are off to the farmers market tomorrow to get some more of those cajun boiled peanuts Gina!!lol  PLus I stock up on produce and this way I make sure we eat plenty of veggies and salads.

I think I'm going to have to boil my own peanuts. You can't find them this far north. Your Bites sound great today. Enjoy the farmers market.

You are doing so great!!  Keep it up!!!  Wish I could come have some shrimp and float around with you.  All these dogs have me tied down.  Boo hiss.

Keep on with your great program tho seriously.  Between your bites and your excerising you are showing us all up.  Well nobody shows up our fearless leader, but the rest of us you are showingup.  haha.
