Lets beat the Vitamin dead horse again!!!

OT:   Hi, haven't seen you in a while, but I've been missing some myself.  Hope you get the vites figured out. 

I load  my holders with all my caps/pills except calcium.  The Tender caps are large and I take them with with each batch so I just get them out of the drawer.  Since you work, you might just want to keep a separate container at your job.

We both need a new avi.  lol

I have the MedCenter one that Jilly posted. Love it! I am doing VitaLady's full schedule and my labs are fantastic!

I use snack sized ziplocks. They work like a charm, and fit into my pocket.

 I also have the MedCenter like Jillybean.  Make sure you get the one with the longer XL boxes.  Those ones are made for Vitamins.

There are also weekly travel bags but they can be expensive.
