So, I saw on TV a thing called Bacon Salt.  Where they took bacon and made it into "salt" and covered french fries with it.  Well, I pulverized some bacon, melted some butter with a teaspoon of bacon fat in it and poured it over pop corn.

Oh My Gosh!

Anyone else have any favorite bacon covered dishes?  Everything is better with bacon!

I want bacon so badly. Sigh, I'm pre op and I'm low fat low carb and I live at my Mom's house and she's outlawed bacon here.

I don't have good bacon ideas, but I do have other ways I do popcorn. I like it with finely shredded cheese mixed in, so it melts it into clumps, or just fine parmesan (after a ton of butter, so it sticks). I also like it with vinegar spritzed on it with yeast flakes. Mmm, now I need to go make some.

It is wonderful.  My hubby asked me "why?"...

I said:  "Because I CAN!!!"

Think this might become a habit!
