Hi Gina and everyone,
35 days over a 100 and still counting.
Crazy day including an ER visit with granddaughter who had some kind of an allergic reaction. Never a dull moment here.
Do find I'm struggling with wanting to snack and not feeling satisfied.......boredom I think.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: about 4 bites of Brok's pizza, carbsmart fudge bar
S: 6 cherries
D: half of a small hamburger with tomato, avocado , onion, one slice of cucumber, 1/4 LC pita
S: plan protein coffee

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: 25 minutes on the bike

We got your heat coming in tomorrow. Ugh! 

Boredom? Better take up some hobbies or do some volunteer work. Maybe volunteer work could lead to some part time paid work or something.

I know it's crazy, because I stay pretty busy, but i am looking for a job, so we'll see.

Middle of next week, the prediction is 111 everyday.

Hi all, did much better today......so far......LoL
4 protein coffees
2 greek yogurts
almonds
last bit of my jerky (Gina, I've seen the ostrich/elk but haven't tried any. Maybe next trip.)
snap peas, cauliflower and ranch
meatballs
shrimp ****tail
small bag of salt and pepper popcorn
will definitely eat more later

I ran out of LandOLakes no carb whipped cream darnit.  Off to the store I go.

Tonight was my last Rally class to teach but I picked up a private student.  Woot!  My friend is also playing matchmaker so I have a "date" to meet her friend next Wednesday.  This is a first for me in ...oh...a decade.  lol.

Vites:  I got an extra Calcium dose in because I got up EARLY today.

Sounds like a pretty darn good day, Becky. Switch to some crunchy veggies you can dip in ranch. lettuce can be rough on normies too. Small adjustment...
