I think I need to clone myself at work. Not complaining...at least I have work and half a brain that's in demand.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - baby carrots w/dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - gluten free spaghetti with marinara sauce and ground beef
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk

Hey, Hey, Hey!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOLLA! At my usual 3 week stall right now, I get a little edgy when this happens. I was averaging about 10 lbs  month until 7 months, but now i am almost 8 months out and down 71 lbs. Still Happy about it, but definately the WL is slower and its a little scary. Suggestions? Do I need to cut out the low carb bread? My carbs are under 50 per day.

Been trying to get here, but it's been a bit hard lately. Glad to be here today!

L-Tomato Basil soup with cheese in it and low carb bread toasted. 20g

Hi there!  Let's experiment. What if you were to go with fresh veggies rather than starchy grains for a couple of weeks and just see if the kind of carb makes any difference? Of course, no sugar as well.

Hi Gina and everyone,
Saw my PCP about my bone density results and had most of my labs back except the vitamins. All things considering, they look pretty good. I'm going to up my D3 to three times a day and i need to up my protein shakes, but i don't know how.....no time to add more.

Gina, is it OK for me to keep posting here? I love the support....but, for the most part I have my eating etc down pat.

Gina, also, I saw your comment on the LW boards about getting a parttime job. I think I need to work at Starbucks.

B: bacon, double protein shake
L: small piece of canadian bacon and tomato quiche, carbsmart fudge bar
S: over a couple hours had a deviled egg, swiss cheese, 6 cherries, double protein shake
D: shrimp ****tail, acocado, tomato, cucumbers
S: plan cafe mocha and a bite of DD's birthday cake

Vites and fluids on track. Exercites: have 2 hour dance class tonight.

Please keep posting. I need your company and accountability is still good for us both. I think the way you spread your shakes out during the day is fine. Why do you think you need more shakes?

What did the dexa scan say?
