I hope you all had a good sunday! Gina, how cute to have a granddaughter charming her grandpa! My husband is scared of the baby here (her name is Janie), You would never know we had 4 kids! I suspect as she gets older he will succumb to her charm. Our daughters had him wrapped around their pinkies!

I understand about the chocolate syrup. My son tried to offer me some to go with my low carb ice cream. Luckily there was some whipped cream in the fridge too. Dodged that bullet.

1. weeks are bad for me to get much of anything in
2. weekends are bad for me on carbs
3. I know what carbs do and how bad it is... stupid simple carbs... made the mistake of thinking I could have a couple bites of hubs chinese food but the sweet sauce and breading has made a miserable night...

Hey Gina and evryone!
Boy it is sot hot here too, had to abandon my walk after about 15 minutes today as it was just so hot. We went to the Farmers market in clermont and it was great. I bought some bell peppers, zucchini, heritage tomatoes and yellow squash all for about $6!! PLus we bought some cajun boiled peanuts, never had them before due to ebing from the Uk and now I am hooked!!lolWe also bought some jumbo shrimp and red snapper fillets too. Oh and we bought some organic 7 grain orzo and some lemon garlic basil orzo which we are going to have tonight with some feta, some of those heritage tomatoes, cucumber an some huge grilled shrimp! Yummo!!
B - scrambled eggs made with cream cheese, hc and shredded cheese
L - pepperoni, cheese cubes, shrimp, tuna salad, olives and wholegrain ritz crackers.
S - fage yoghurt and berries, some cheetoes puffs
D - boneless bbq chicken wings and dip
S - some ben & jerrys ice cream (then spent half the night in the toilet - not cool!)
