Hi Gina and everyone,
Still HOT! 106 today. this will end up being the hottest summer on record. As much as I love the pool, I'm ready for this to be over....but we still can look forward to about another 8 weeks.

I only ventured out early this morning. It was overcast and cooler. Thank goodness!  The baby is doing well...I still don't know what to do with girl babies. She's 2 and already using girl tactics on her granddaddy. lol

i was so busy today i forgot to eat.  me...forgot to eat.  i live to eat these days.  lol

Hi there! I make protein coffee with IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinamon protein powder and 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2. Shake it up in a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, pour into a huge mug and pour hot coffee over top.

I have my 3 month check up and labs on Wed.  I have been feeling really good lately with a lot of energy.  It is nice to get up and actually have the energy and drive to do things with the boys.  For the longest time, I did not go to the gym...just didn't have the energy to.  Now the boys and I go almost every day and I enjoy it.  Hopefully that will continue, lol.
