If a multi calls for 2 pills for one dose.  would you split it up between 2 doses to get the most out of them??  here is multi I will be taking.

I wouldn't split it up, as most vitamin/supplementation plans have you taking 2 (doses) of multi a day, so that would be 4x/day instead of 2 for the multi, which may interfere with your schedule for taking all the others vites as some need to be taken away from all the others... hopefully a more knowledgeable person will chime in soon :)

No, Sweetie.  If 2 equals 1 dose, you can't split them.  Next time you buy a multi, look into getting Solgar.  Those suckers are potent and 1 pill equals 1 dose.

Hey Amber,
Most of us take a Generic good quality multi. I take 2 of the Sams club version of Centrum silver a day, have done since surgery 3.5 yrs ago and labs have always been fine.
You will probably need to tweak your individual supplements anyway and thats where I would spend my money to be honest!

Hey Hon,

i take 2 centrum silver, 3 doses of calcium and magnesium, 50k vit D, 25k vit A, one big vit E (vitalady), a B complex, A K1 vitlady, A hair, skin & nails vitamin, a milk thistle and a thyroid support,
before bed I take a dose of miralax in my decaf coffee.

I wouldn't take that vitamin, period. It's very inadequate.
