Do any of you drink Kale juice (or other home made leafy green juice)

I'm 11+ years out,  and I juice.  Not a lot,  and not high carb stuff like sweet fruits,  but I do.  I figure why not get the nutrients from the vegetables,  and it tastes good,  and I need lots of fluid anyway.  For example I'll juice Spinach, Ginger,  Apple, Cucumber, Carrot, Grapefruit, Lemon, Cabbage, Celery, Parsley, Beet, Celery, Kale.....all in various combinations.

I never count carbs.  I jus****ch my simple carbs and eat plenty of protein.  Juice using these ingredients is healthy,  low calorie,  and negligible carbs.  More caloric than water,  yes.  More nutritious than water,  yes.  Caloric enough to make a difference in my weight?  No.  Everything in moderation.
