That is wonderful that you're a grandma too. What a lucky baby to have you so close!

Your Bites look great today. I'm glad you're feeling better.  Nice numbers even with a little more freedom on the weekend.

Since no one else is posting, I have a quick question. I take my vitamins according to the Vitalady DS schedule. I also take a proferrin daily with my regular Iron. I see that you seem to take proferrin at a different time. What is the reason for that, and I wonder if I am doing it wrong. Also do you take your calcium differently from her schedule?
Thanks for your info!

My understanding is that Tender iron w/C needs an acidic environment to absorb and Proferrin doesn't, or needs a much less acidic environment. That's why I take my Proferrin at bedtime with an antacid and sleeping pill.

I take more calcium than the basic plan, so I take it with my big vitamin batches and throughout the morning and early afternoon. I give it about an hour or 2 before and after I take my Tender iron, then I'll take my evening batch of vitamins that also includes calcium at the tail end. When I take my big batches, I take calcium at the very very end to (in my head) give the other vitamins a fighting chance for absorption.
