B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and a protein coffee (30g)
S - baby carrots w/dip
L - protein shake (30g)
S - baby carrots w/dip
S - popcorn
D - 3 beef hot dogs
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3-6-9: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting  
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
1 - 15 minute walk...too hot!

I'll try to learn how to post here... I have a question though, I just started vitamin regimen per vitalady's recommendations, I (like yesterday) I am totally drained so I am wondering how long until I "perk up" following new vitamins?? I have legit reasons to be a little tired but I got a good night sleep last night and I feel like a walking zombie... TIA

Bites: DS 4mo out
B: 3 eggs omlet cheese and 2 oz ham
S: pork rinds/artichoke dip
S: cheese stick
LATER:
L: protein shake and fruit planned
D: spagetti sauce and cheese
S: yogurt

Vites:
Morn: just took my morn vites an hour and a half ago
Lun: about to take these
Eve: at dinner
Bed: at bed

Exercites:
Hubby tried to motivate me, but I literally feel like I can barely move, hoping he will go for a walk with me after the gym and dinner

I think it will take a couple of weeks before you feel much difference unless you're really moving your D3 and B12 up. I felt so much better when my D3 starting moving up into a better range. **Warning about the iron in Vitalady's plan. Ease into taking all of it at once. Try just adding a pill every few days until you work up to all 5 Tender irons (orange capsules). Keep pushing the protein shakes as well, they may help with energy.

Sorry I just got back now... Yes I am now on D3 therapeutic dose now and B12 x5 of what I was taking, I am finishing my own iron off, I was taking about 100 per day (for like  a week) I just upped it to about 200 per day with what I have that's 5 pills so when I buy a new tender it will be 5 of those a day and not a huge jump from where I am... I have been dragging so much lately so I want the energy back...

Tell me about your D3. Is it prescription and little green football shaped gel caps or Vitalady's 50,000IU dry D3?

I picked up the 50k from vitalady since I couldn't find one in the store and my next doc appt isn't til september... He's pretty liberal with handing me vite perscriptions so I am going to ask him to go over the list w/me and see if he can prescribe any of those specific doses and forms of them (ie dry) so I can save a little money ongoing.

Before I picked that up I was taking 2-4k per day for about a week but before that I hadn't taken any for at least a month

Ok, good. I hope he can prescribe some of the vites for you. Ask about prescribing Proferrin Forte. It's heme iron and very easy on the system. I take both Tender iron (carbonyl) + C  and Proferrin. This combo really improved my iron markers. I take 300mg of Tender Iron in the afternoon away from all other vites and a single Proferrin, snapped into 2 pieces, at bedtime.

Gina, looks like you got your popcorn and carrots back.

B: bacon (10), double protein shake (46)
S: double protein shake (46)
S: carbsmart fudge bar
L: deviled eggs (10), Swiss cheese (10), 6 cherries
D: shrimp (14), couple bites of cooked carrots and zucchini
S: ? I'm stuffed right now

Vites: missed morning dose because of stomach issues.
Fluids: just fine
Exercites: none today...ran around doing errands all day .....does floating in the pool count?

Today most of the government folks and the bosses were away from me, so I was able to graze in peace.

Bites look good but you better be locomoting with your arms while you're floating in that pool! lol
