 Hi All,

I felt really yucky today. Slept most of the day. Had to force food in. Just the thought of a
protien shake made me gag. :(

 

Bites:
Breakfast:
Half  of a banana; C=13; P=1

Lunch:
Cottage Cheese: C=8; P=18
Jello SF pudding mix single: C=8; P=1 

Dinner:
Layerd Egg casserole: C=6;  P=32
Salsa: C=4

Evening Snack:
Fage 2% yogurt with sugarfree syrup: C=7; P=17


Vites= 50% Morning & Evening

Water= 100%

Exercites:none

Oh! I almost forgot; I lost FIVE pounds this week!

Hi Guys, food wise had a good day yesterday and this morning the scale showed a 3 pound loss since I came back fm England !!! Yay!!!

B - fried cheese with sf syrup, coffee with HC
S - large iced coffee with HC and splenda
L- mcdonalds crispy chicken club & extra mayo, diet coke
D - dreamfields, casserole made with chicken breasts, mushroom soup, mushrooms, onions, garlic and extra Philly garlic cream cheese (OMG so good!!)
D - low carb ice cream

Need to get more water in before bed and all vites done. I started taking a Thyroid support product as well as a liver support as my ALT was slightly elevated at my last blood draw.

Have a good saturday everyone, I am going shopping with my great Ds sista Renee!!

Had a band in 2005 at 280lbs, had band removed and DS done on Jan 22nd 08 at 220lbs in Spain, now 135lbs and a size 4!! Happy as a Clam!!Dontcha love the DS? It's the best tool around!!

What's protein coffee?? I tried dreamfield spaghetti noodles and the carbs tore me up :(

Protein Coffee:

brew a pot of coffee as usual
in a 20oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 6 oz of 1/2 & 1/2 or cream & water or soy milk or water and 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder. Shake a little to blend. Pour the protein slurry in to a huge mug and add hot coffee on top. Stir to mix. Enjoy.

My favorite protein powder for protein coffee is IDS MultiPro vanilla-cinnamon.

Ok so the object is basically to pick a protein powder flavor as your coffee creamer flavor so when you add that's the flavor for your coffee... so 20oz makes more than 1 cup of coffee right?

Yep. Another good combo is vanilla and chocolate protein slurry with coffee on top. You can also add SF syrups to your slurry for even more flavors. You want to add hot coffee to the cool protein and cream slurry to keep the protein from clumping. It's more than a cup but you can sip on it for 30-45 minutes.
