I usually make bout a dozen once a week, but they never last more than a couple of days.

got in the car and the temperature read:  114 degrees.  i'd say that's hot.

double protein coffee
3 sausage links
hard boiled egg
3 chicken fingers w/most breading removed
mini carrots dipped in blue cheese dressing
egg drop soup
pistachios
1/3 cup mango water ice
bar-b-que chicken breast (small)
mashed potatoes
grilled corn on the cob
more pistachios
handful of bridge mix
double protein decaf coffee

vites:  all in 'cept bedtime batch
fluids:  just about 70 oz

yup... just a handful.  mix the bridge mix in with my pistachios.  makes me feel like i am eating more candy.

Hi all, with all the yummy fruit out there now I can totally go overboard on that and not enough protein. I did much better today:
4 protein coffees
banana
almonds
beef jerky (gotta take another trip to the meat market for more-I am gonna try their venison jerky)
greek yogurt
steak
edamame
2 twizzler licorice
all water and vites are in for the night!
