Sorry, I have a huge monitor lol. I have to remind myself that these huge fonts are not so big if somebody on the other end is reading it on a regular screen.

Martina is in my continued thoughts & prayers.

My xh & his wife both live in GA, I'm going to ask them if they have any friends who might be able to help w/ the sick time/ leave from work for her.

Thx,

I think they are managing with finances considering traveling back and forth from  GA to TN so often has been draining. Gas prices are a booger.

She has been blessed to get free hotels from Hospital Hospitality House in Nashville.   The main thing is keeping her job and keeping the insurance. Not having insurance at this point would be devastating.

And of course getting better.

My thoughts are with her and her family and I hope a lot of people donate leave to her so she can keep her insurance.

This is a tragedy and I'm so sorry for her.

This makes me feel very sad.  I'm sorry she is having such a hard time of it.  Sending good thoughts her way and hoping all of this gets resolved soon.

This is so sad and scary. We all know the risks when we have the surgery but we always think it can't happen to us. This just shows how serious and major this surgery really is and people have to take it very serious (those just considering it). My thoughts and prayers go out to her and her family. I hope one day she is able to get back to a "normal" life and enjoy eating again.
