Need some professional/peer reviewed stuff on D deficiency for folks like us ASAP

ARGH. My vitamin D library is not on my netbook. Good thing I looked before I headed off to the doc tomorrow (having second iron infusion and then seeing the internist in charge of my care to persuade him to do D injection, which he's never done before).

I need a couple articles to show him about our incredible D needs, please. Anything that will bolster the concept that a D injection is a good idea at this point. Links or abstracts from sources like PubMed are fine, but if it's from a journal to which you subscribe, I might need the whole PDF. I can access most online stuff through the college library system, but not always.

 I've never been able to find anything on our particular D/malabsorbtion issues.  But I have found general articles, information on D deficiency and treatment in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
