You are my hero!  I love these stories!  I have to believe this woman's time is coming.  Everyone has to know her reputation!  How did she get that job in the first place???

A bit of background on her....she has three different children by three different fathers and went back and got her associates in nursing later in life.   The last baby daddy, she became pregnant with while still married to the second baby daddy.   (Can you tell we live in a small town??)      Worked as an RN at our local hospital and was dismissed for "drug inconsistencies," meaning that she could not account for missing drugs in her unit.   She went to work at a migrant clinic in our area, and then when a friend went to work at this facility, she followed her there, as a nurse.   The facility had four administrators in three years, one of whom was fired for borrowing money from a resident's family!  I think the parent company out of desperation (although my husband thinks she must have slept with someone, LOL) promoted her to this position.  Her immediate boss, the operations manager, has a lot of questions to answer to HER higher ups if she loses a fifth administrator, so we can only surmise that she's trying to protect her.   We know that after another incident where the state was called in to investigate, they sent her to some kind of management classes, LOL.   

 It's only a matter of time before the other shoe will fall for her...  Glad your husband has moved on to better things!

good for you.. MY DH kind of had the same thing happen to him. but he was "let go" for not as his boss/owner of the Restraunt he worked for. "for not putting out, all this other managers have." So my DH was let go, its been almost 2 yrs and I would love to run into this *#$&^#4 and just lay into him. I wish my DH had the luck your's has he has yet to find a job, the restraunt biz is so hard right now.
BUT good for you, and I'm glad you did it with class and tack, she never would have. You ROCK!

 It's a tough field for sure - low pay (especially in rural areas), high turnover, lousy hours, irate customers, etc.     He lucked into this one....a restaurant/tavern reopened after being closed for about a year, the new owner heard he was looking for a job and hired him on the spot.   He's gone from working zero hours (and making great progress on our home restoration) to working, right now, sixteen hour days!

You know, someone once told me a tale about placing an ad in the classifieds whilst an obnxious human was away for the winter break. The ad invited all & sundry to leave their Christmas trees in the front yard b/c they were wanted for mulch.
