L - Left over Sirloin Steak
      1/4 small potato with skin - butter and sour cream

D - Homemade chicken fajita
       whole grain small tortilla
        sourcream
        salsa
        cheese

Protein: 132g
Carbs: 49g (Fiber 7g --- Net Carbs 42g)
Fats: 111g
Calories: 1,589

Fluids: 80 oz -- still working on the rest :)


Vites:

Morning: DONE
Noon: DONE
Afternoon: DONE
Evening: Pending


Exercites: 2 hours of walking

Hi everyone,
Late check in.....I'M HOME! The drive was long but uneventful and today, definitely messed up with my eating and drinking. When I go back to see Dr.K for my one year visit I am definitely flying.

B1: double protein shake
B2: scrambled egg with cheese, bacon, 1/2 slice whole wheat toast
S: Swiss cheese
S: double protein shake
S: power crunch protein bar ( was in the car and very hungry)
S: fried egg, bacon

Vites: done
Fluids: behind but will drink a big baottle of water before bed
Exercites: none
