D - shrimp scampi (no rice or noodles)

EXERCITES:

Happy Monday!! Today has been SUCH a "Monday" for me.  The cap on my tooth fell off, I had to cut my personal training session short to go to the dentist, and the sim card in my cell phone went bad.  Ugh!

B: 1 Light Multi Grain English Muffin w/butter
     1 Egg, fried
     1/2 Morning Star Sausage Patty
L: 1 KFC Filet
     3/4 of an Individual side of Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
S: 1 KFC Filet
     1 side of cole slaw (HUGE mistake - I looked up the info - Major sugar)
D: 3 ounce New York Strip Steak
     1/2 medium baked potato w/lots of butter
     1/2 cup Broccoli sauteed in garlic and olive oil
S: Either a little Ricotta fluff or a protein shake - not sure

Vitamins
Morning - Done
Noon - Done
Evening - Done
Bedtime - Pending

Exercise
Cross training with a trainer for 35 minutes.  Oy!  I'm sore!

Protein: 116 (without the shake or ricotta)
Carbs: 83 (98-15 fiber = 83)
Fat: 119

I am in SUCH a good space today emotionally. It feels so good! I am going to post on the board later, but for now, here are my bites!

B-2 protein coffees thirty minutes apart 70g
S-Cheese with Jalapenos 24g
L-Tomato Basil soup with cheese and 3/4 of a roll 5g
S-3 deviled egg half's, mixed nuts 15g

B - PBC Shake w/ new powder. I like it. Two scoops and consistency is still like chocolate milk.

L - 3 Turkey/ham rolls with cheddar cheese qnd carrot chips with ranch.
S - finished last third of lunch and peanut butter protein bar.
D - Roasted tilapia and green beans with three deviled eggs.

Vites done, but pending bedtime.
Need 30more oz h2o, will get before bed.
