Ok at 5'7'' a weight of 159 lbs. would bring you to a 24.9 BMI which is considered normal.

With that said you would do 380 - 159 = 221 excess pounds

You have lost 380 - 311 = 69 pounds

EWL % = (69 pounds lost / 221 excess pounds) * 100% = 31%

That is fantastic! :)

Rule of thumb is:

25% @ 2 months,

50% @ 6months,

80% @ 1 year

So you are right on track :) ...

However, everyone is different and at the end of the day it will depend on your body and where it feels comfortable landing.

Yay for you Maria!!! You are doing fabulous!this Ds is amazing me all the time, I'm only 5 and 1/2 months out and I'm down 101 pounds.It's craaaazy!! I love it though.the pictures are great, keep posting.
