DENIED

The insurance lady just e-mailed me. She said we will have to submit an appeal because if I intentionally gain weight, I could still get denied.

 Challenge the veracity of the first weigh in.

And......history is on your side.  What direction has your weight gone for the past say 20 years?  Why should you or an insurance company expect that to change?

When was the last time your height was measured. As we get older & heavier we seem to shrink.

The appeal was sent in today. We scheduled a surgery date for August 2nd.

My doctor must be hopeful for an approval.
