How can I change my surgery date on my profile?

When I joined OH I put a "best guess" surgery date so I could put my surgeon on the profile. I know now that I won't get my surgery that soon....looking more like late August or early September. Can someone tell me ow to change it? I still don't know my date, but I don't want to let that date stay on the profile.
