I really like this dress. Better than the other three dresses. Sia, you've got great taste.

Sia - I saw this online a few weeks back and LOVE it.    Very tasteful....I'd need some type of cover for my arms though - because it's going to be quite cool up in those Montana mountains.    I wish my nearest Talbots was less than 250 miles away though.....I might have to make another road trip down to Detroit to start trying more dresses on.   I have NO idea what looks good on me!

I'm typing from an IPhone, so I can't do the link thing. It matches!!!

Just plug in this style number:#A58115 . It should come up for you! Let me know if it doesn't.
Be well. You'd look breath-taking in it!

OMG - I want that jacket.  I want it with those skinny cropped jeans.    Screw the dress....I'll just wear the jacket and jeans, LOL.    The bride's mom told me that she thinks the dress she is going to get is "violet" so if I WERE to get the Talbot's dress, I might go with the geranium.

They make the pants to match, put on a pair of seriously strapped heels and you are good to go!

I can't stand asymetrical hemlines or patterns, so the first one is just *ok*, the second one is ok, but too ****tail, the third one looks like fish scales.

So, I'm no help. Sorry.

If I were you, I'd keep looking. I am sure you can find something that marries the best of what you need to something modern and just youthful enough.

I'm not a fan of prints either, except for in a cute top to wear with jeans or such.
Take a look at one of my later responses below.   These are pics of two dresses I tried on this weekend.   Whatcha think of those?

I love the color of the second one, and the layers are much more feminine and less reptilian. Both would look great, I'm definitely feeling the young and sexy!

I like 3 best and would nix 2.  However, it's more important that you feel good about it.  Have someone take your picture in your short list and look objectively at them.  You may be surprised.
