In so much pain... gas pains feel like labor pains above belly button
It could be gas pains/cramping. You have eaten a few things that are known to cause digestive upset.
The calcium chews have sugar alcohols, the chicken nuggets with the flour on them...
Have you gotten the gas/rumbling after eating things that are relatively innocuous? Plain meat, lactose-free items?
Pain around the belly button that is very very intense could be a bowel obstruction. It could theoretically get obstructed, cause pain, then correct itself.
But, because of the rumbling, I am more prone to thinking it is gas and diet related. Does passing gas relieve some of the pain? Usually bowel obstruction is associated with a lack of bowel sounds, not increased bowel sounds. Another symptom associated with it would be nausea/vomitting.

When I eat something bad for me this is exactly what i feel like. I am pretty sure not a bowel obstruction.. if you are able to pass gas you should be fine. i know if i do not eat i get this and then to put fried on top of that.... it is serious trouble for me.... i hope you feel better soon... try eatting a coupld of eggs scrambled... So sorry you feel bad
