Has anybody heard from KimberlyHeidi?
Wow thats awful I am so sorry you and your family had to go through all that. I think all my faith is gone with the ER Dr's. I mean 3 different ER's in 3 days for someone to touch my belly for a minute and then figure out what it is?! He asked if anyone else had pressed on it and I said yes almost everyone was was as confused as I was that they couldnt feel it.
I still have not figured out if it showed up as anything on the CT scan as they got the results which said it was normal but not an actual copy of it.
I LOVE my PCP but scheduling an appointment with him is so hard and for the most part I LIKE my surgeon but I do not like his coordinator who has constantly given me a hard time. Its really difficult on my end to keep nice and calm with all the crap I have been through and her telling me I can come in on Wed and talk to him then when they promised me surgery last night for Thur. All this is just getting really old fast. If I dont get any answers in the next few hours I do plan to call the hospital and see if they can have that surgeon paged and maybe he can call my surgeons office to let them know what happened.
I am tempted to call my PCP and try and have someone else just schedule my surgery here but after going to two ER's here and them not finding it I am kinda concerned about them doing surgery on me since none of the people here do the DS or seem to even know what it is.

I am in pain crying. Yes, this was my surgeons hospital who acted like I was a drug addict. I cant keep food or liquid down and I am in extreme pain. My PCP's nurse called me back and says why on earth would they release you and I said that was my question. She said I should not be in severe pain with a hernia.
I called my surgeons office and told them this and they want me to go fax them my insurance card. I told them I couldnt get up to fax them my insurance card because I am in pain and the pain meds arent doing squat.
Called Surgeon on call who asked why I left last night if I was in pain and I said because they gave me morphine and I wasnt in pain at the time and they said there would be no reason to be admitted until Thursday when they could do surgery. He said he would call in stronger pain meds for me and try and schedule surgery for Thur. I cant barely understand him and no one is listening to me. He said he would call me back.

My husband thinks he should take me to the local hospital even though they didnt find the hernia. I dont know what to do. The Surgeon still didnt call back and I can barely understand when he does call me as his accent is so thick and my hearing is so bad. I just dont know what to do. I cant believe this will be 4 days of going back to 4 Er's in a row.
