Timing of Vitamins?

I'm mostly doing the Vita-Lady plan, but my 3 month labs still showed a fairly significant drop in A, D, & K, so I'm thinking of doubling my current amounts and seeing how they look again at the 6 month mark. I'm currently taking my vites four times a day and would prefer not to do more unless I must. Can I just double the amounts during the times I currently take them or would it be better to spread them out more?

You can take A, D & K in with other vites except iron. Iron is a whimp and has to have some time by itself to work.

Thanks! I have them all away from Iron, I just want to make sure that I'll still be able to absorb the higher amounts without spreading them out more.

Yes, you can do that. Some who have trouble getting their numbers up, do break their doses up but I would just start by upping your dosage and see if that works.
