Been there, done that. Mine usually sounds like a jungle/scary movie/leaky pipes all combined. Do you get the tickle me elmo effect too? You know, when you can hear and FEEL the rumble. That drives me nuts!

I mix extra heavy cream into my Greek yogurt with blueberries and Splenda.
Make a "sandwich" out of hard salami and cream cheese. Just layer salami-cream cheese-salami-cream cheese, several layers, then cut into 1/4. Yummy and high in fat.
Make the ricotta fluff with cream.

I make something that's kind of like green bean casserole...

I use the frozen mixed veggies of cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli, I also add chunks of cooked chicken. I use cream of chicken soup and milk, shredded swiss cheese or cheddar, ( I use a ton mixed in and on top!) and I mix in the fried onions and put some on top just like a green bean casserole. You can do without that if it's too high in carbs for you at this point. Not only is this yummy and full of protein, it's full of fat and it really gets things moving!!

Slices of avocado, tomato and cheese with some italian dressing on it. Maybe throw a basil leaf in there.

Nuts, nuts and more nuts.

I had a stupid moment a while back and ate a bag, yes a bag, of chocolate covered raisins. Oh. My, GAWD. Within two hours I was clean as a whistle. That sugar high and low wasn't pleasant at all.

With all the stuff you got it sound more like a Colon Blow-out, instead of a Colon cleanse.
