I don't know, but from what I have read I don't think so.
According to her brothers post, her heart stopped at one point either at the end of the surgery or right after. They where having trouble bringing her back, so during that time she sustained brain damage.
She is on a ventilator, they had her in a medically induced coma but when the drugs where discontinued she did not come around like she should have.
She has been in a coma since Feb. 7th.
Her Brother says she is just deteriorating as the days go by.
It's so sad. I liked her as soon as I met her, she's a very sweet person.

that is one of the saddest & tragic things I have heard here. Imagine making it that far and finally to get the tummy skin gone and then all your hopes & dreams & efforts are for naught. And then the hurt your family endures besides. We all need to be reminded this is a chance we all take thru this process and a happy outcome is not always a given. I remember her face.
