Thank you so much!!!!! It is getting closer & closer. I am hoping that I can get him to do the EGD, and to have the upper GI done while I am down there, so that way, they can LOOK for mechanical failure, AND prove the medical necessity so I can get the pre-approval & schedule a date!!!!
The thousand dollars to travel IS WORTH it!!!!

I hope your appointment goes well with Dr. K. From what I read on here, everyone just loves him and he sounds like he really cares for his patients. I am a band to DS revision and just recently got approval from my ins. co. I really thought I was going to have to fight for approval since I had the lapband and then a port revision 2 years later. I know I am a fortunate and blessed to be given another chance at this. I wish the best for you and hope you get your approval soon.
