OT - or not, random vit D info

My pre-op D was a 9!!! Now, after 15 months on 100 k of your dry D per day, I've risen to 63 and climbing, even with my malabsorption. If not for the DS, I don't think I'd ever have known how low in D I was.

We won't talk about my A, though.

Exactly.

When ppl use my targets as some kinda medical info, that's not what I set them for. We don't HAFTA to reach those levels.

But we CAN reach those levels or we have the opportunity to do so because we have access to the high level products and frequent testing.

I woulda been anemic forever had I not been FORCED to go thru every iron on the planet til I found one. The same goes with each element we can track.

of course, there's all the ones we CANNOT track. Anybody had manganese or vanadium tested? Should we? Are they important? Are they connected to some thing else critical? I dunno.
