Hello everyone..Ive been gone for 8 mths
Hey Rhonda, just to add to what everyone else has said, I am so sorry for your tragic and traumatic loss. I know how a sudden death of someone so close derails you, it happened to me a year ago. I know how easy it was for me to let my needs slide while you battle the depression and hopelessness, but it sounds like you are figting you're way back ~ Good for you sweetheart!

I am so very sorry for your loss.
In addition to getting back on track with the protein and vitamins as you are doing, it might help to discuss treatment for your depression with your pcp or with a therapist ( psychologist or psychiatrist). You have more than enough reason to be depressed, and it sounds like you are gradually recovering, but meds and therapy can help, esp with the terrible cir****tances of your mother's death.
And don't be a stranger here! As you can see, there are lots of wonderful people who care about you.
