Trying not to worry - plastics on Wed. but ultrasound tomorrow....

as I saw my doctor this morning since I've been feeling kind of yucky for the past 10 days or so with no appetite, even drinking water makes me feel gross. I never thought I would see the day when I had to force myself to eat but I have been to ensure I get my protein and I've upped it in advance of surgery.

When he palpated my liver I yelped in pain which concerned him enough to order this ultrasound even though I've had no actual pain all this time until he touched a certain spot.

Obviously my overall health is most important and if I have to postpone getting my batwings chopped off I can live with that as long as those big flappers go sometime!

Thanks for "listening" - just needed to say all this to some people who understand.

I hope they figure things out and deal with the plastics separate from the liver ouchy. Swinging lizards for you, Mickie.

I hope your doc was just being a bit heavy-handed on a sick girl that day, and that everything comes out all clear!  I said a prayer for you.

Let us know how it goes.

Oh Mickie I hope it is nothing to worry about. I will say a prayer that all is going to be okay and that your surgery can progress without delay.
