Your time is coming sweets!!  Patience is a virtue - and one I don't really have!  It has almost made me lose my mind to wait this long, just as my fiancee!

Thanks!!

Thanks!!  I am really really excited!!

Yes they are different.

Panniculectomy is basically that remove of loose skin/fat of the pannus.  Which is basically what hangs down past where a normal tummy would be.  Here's a
link to explain it (I just did a quick search, the sites that come up seem endless)..

A tummy tuck does the above (I think) and then also tightens the abdominal muscles by pulling them together and sewing them together (thus why it isn't a great idea to have it done pre-kids) and also removing excess skin and pulling the skin tight and sewing you all back up.  Here is a
link to a Fleur de lis tummy tuck (I just did a quick search, the sites that come up seem endless).

Thanks Tom!

I can NOT wait to see your transformation!  Should certainly make running more pleasant, eh??

Yes to getting rid of both.  I am looking forward to being able to start running again...hernias don't really love that and the panni really makes that a pain and not all that pretty of a sight!
