One of my steristrips came off - should I panic?

Ok, this is hysterical. I'm trying to picture me post op with 4-6 tampons taped all over my abdomen.

 As silly as this sounds, it's actually quite effective.  So are the overnight Maxi pads, and those even have the plastic back liner to prevent leaks too :)  Just slap tape around the bottom and sides, and leave a small "breather pouch" that isn't taped up at the top.  Works like a charm.

I just had surgery on my groin area and was looking for info on my steri strips and landed here! I wanted to thank you all for the good knowledge! I was just going to close the page and send thanks into the universe but the tampon comment made me lol so hard that I had to come on and voice it myself! Lmao! The most wonderful part about it is that it's true! I wish you all and anyone else searching this site a quick and speedy recovery!

How true, most of our heavy dressings are just the same as a heavy maxi pad, just more expensive because they're classified a "dressing".
