Fair Food. What's your fix?

It's always been French fries with vinegar so I'm not sure anymore. I got engaged at the state fair at the top of the ferris wheel so I guess the ferris wheel will have to be my fix now.

The deep fried butter with cherry sauce is my new favorite.  Had that with chicken fried bacon and fried cookie dough last year at the Texas State Fair.  The next morning I hit my goal weight!  Can't wait to go back this year to try the fried pecan pie!

Just happen to have a picture!  The one on the left is the fried cookie dough with chocolate sauce and the one on the right is the deep fried butter with cherry sauce.  So good!

I still don't get it.  It's just a ball of butter coated in breading and deep fried with some cherry syrup?  I like butter, but that seems like too much at once...?

It tastes like a sweet croissant.  It's more doughy than breaded.  You have a choice of syrups - cherry, caramel, blueberry, powdered sugar.

Okay, I have to ask what does OIC stand for?
How are the details on those protein shakes coming along. after all this fair eating, might have to fast for a few days? Just kidding no more fasting for me. Karen
