What a horrible thing to happen to anyone ! I am sorry for your loss. Please take care of yourself, protein, water, vits... take time to mourn your loss and come back when you can !

I'm so sorry for your loss. What a shock that has to have been. I'm glad you don't have anger for the man who struck and killed your mother. You have too many other emotions and things to deal with right now to deal with that, too.

Just keep breathing in and out. At least drink all the water you need, that's something that will make you feel a lot worse, very quickly if you neglect it. And work the rest of it out as you can. Remember you need to be able to take care of yourself to have the strength to take care of others.
