Or.... Hot pink as mine was yesterday.. Yup. Hot pink. Lisa's Josie had a Bday party and I indulged in a few cupcakes and of course you know I had the pink ones.... I had a good ole VSP (A couple actually-- It was a good poop day- loads of sugar) and it was HOT PINK! LOL

I am only at 3.5wks and hopefully my potty experiences will change.
Before starting supplementation, I went 1-2 times a day in the AM and they would be soft formed brown plops.  Since supplementation started one week ago, I have moved onto constipation. I don't go everyday. They are hard formed, large, dark greenish black and difficult to pass.
I was actually thinking of doing another post to get some advice on what to do about this.

 Try adding as much fat as you can tolerate at 3.5 weeks post-op.  Yup, the iron and calcium do that to me too.  But if I keep my fat at 100g or more, its passes quickly.

This isn't a solution for EVERY constipation problem, but it helps me.
*   Take 1 DS, add a little p90x and stir :)

I went into a few constipation episodes.  They were the most horrible experiences EVER.  I tried stool softeners but didn't work.  I got some advice from Ginger K (DS Board) to try magnesium.  I started taking two tablets per day and the constipation went away luckily.  I don't take them any more now, but may be something to think about if your starting to get constipation.

When I eat good. More protein, less carbs and decent fat. I get the medusa's. If I carb myself to death, it's pudding floaties.

I tend to prefer the medusa's.

Yeah, I think the same here.  I noticed once when I ate a lot of bread over a couple days and I had pudding poops the entire weekend.

Does anybody else notice that it smells similar to what you ate?  Like when I eat smoked foods, garlic, anything distinctive in odor.

Love the survivor poops.  Now I know for sure I'm not eating much, because there's nothing big enough to stick a flag in going on here.  My sleeve is way small and very tight.

I gotta believe it's the malabsorption.  Generally, I don't look.  I'm a courtesy flusher, big time.  Copious amounts of air freshener, turning on the ceiling fan and opening a window, too, before I even think about opening the door to the normie population in my home.

My brother, the infamous Uncle Eddy, has a collection of poop terminology names, including the Air Turd, the Bowl Curler, the Banano-Rama, and other ones I cannot type here.
