Need recipe for garlic herb butter

Thanks for the post, great info.  I have never made any thing like this but want to try.  When would you roast the garlic like you described or use the other method?

I didn't roast the garlic for the butter I made last night.  It just has a different flavor.  Try it both ways!  I did roast up some garlic like that and mushed it to use on Brok's Pizza, and roasted some up with tomatoes, serranos, and onions (omg my house smelled so good) to make salsa with.

If you have a trader joe's near you, they sell garlic in little cubes that are frozen and crushed. LOVE IT!!!!

I have a press and I keep cloves around at all times. BUt my freezer ALWAYS has the frozen garlic. It's great .. One cube = one clove.

Butter, garlic, parm cheese and parsley, stir it all up and let it sit overnight.  I like extra garlic, it's great on sourdough bread...  Last time I made it for my family, it all disappeared.
