My experience with Stevia was over 10 years ago and it was a liquid that you used 1-2 drops of in a glass of iced tea. It came from a health food store. I don't remember not liking it, but I don't remember much else about it. I looked the other day at the grocery store and everything they had on the shelf has -itols and/or -oses in the ingredient list. meh. What about saccharin? I know it got a bad rap as a possible carcinogen but it's not a sugar alcohol. Anyone tried that in drinks?
