Flourless, sugar free, peanut butter COCOA cookies -- no Splenda. FOOD PORN!!
Kayla, I definitely plan to make these as anything that is made with chocolate is for me, and it looks so easy enough; just have to find the Stevia. Does any regular grocery have it or it is only at whole food? I did look in the baking aisle at some stores by me and could not find any.

It's pretty difficult to find. I doubt it'd be in a regular grocery store, and even finding it in a Whole Foods or Trader Joes may be difficult.
But, you can definitely buy it from the manufacturer or at iherb. Here's a link:

I can buy it locally because i have a fancy pants natural food store that stocks weird stuff, but if I couldn't buy it locally, I would totally buy it online. It's that good. I am addicted and cannot live without it.

That looks amazing!! I can't wait til my order comes in from Iherb! If anybody's looking for the extract and lives in the boonies like me, you can get it here! Use the code SON688 and get $5 off it's your first order with them. They also have a great price on Primal Defense Ultra and shipping is FREE for orders over $40.

FYI, for those looking for Stevia powder (real Stevia and not Truvia, which is mixed with erythritol which is what causes the "minty" aftertaste), check in the supplements/vitamin section of your store. Because stevia alone is not yet approved to be sold as a sweetener in the US, it is sold as a supplement. I have seen it in Walmart in the section with the vitamins. Ditto for Whole Foods.
