Flourless, sugar free, peanut butter COCOA cookies -- no Splenda. FOOD PORN!!

For the specific products I used (peter pan PB, 1.5 scoops designer whey, hershey's special dark cocoa), I came up with these for the whole batch:

59.5g carb
18g fiber
99 g protein

I don't ever count fats.

I make about 12 cookies in a batch, so about
5 g carb
1.5 g fiber
8 g protein
per cookie.  Or 8g protein/3.5g net carb each.  I usually end up eating the whole batch in one day...lol

I have no sense of portion control--thus, why I try to make foods that have the kind of nutrition where I can basically have as much as I want without them making me gain wt.

Wow Kayla, they look to die for. I am just coming to the end of my recent batch of PB cookies so I'll give these a go tomorrow.
I as feling really unwell yesterday and I had my PB cookies (I make mine tih protein powder) and glasses of milk as I didn't really have much appetite. I am like you in that I know I can eat as many as I like if I know they have some nutrtion in them!!

You can, but you'll have to add a lot more.  1/4 tsp of stevia extract is like the sweetness of probabaly 1 cup or more of straight up sugar.  And this brand I use is just nothing short of amazing.

You have to adjust the recipe, and depending on how much stevia powder you add, you may have to decrease the protein powder amount.

Meh, I would want quantities of extra dark MORSELS in there, forget that cocoa powder stuff. But the pictures look lovely.

I bet that'd be good too, but morsels are either made with sugar or vast quantities of sugar alcohols, both of which I avoid.

I can't do sugar because I have problems with stopping after just a few cookies...I'd be on sugar overload and gain weight.

I can't do sugar alcohols because, well, for the same reason...except in this case, they'd make me have horrid gas instead of gaining weight.

I got issues with portion control, no biggie, just have to accomodate for it in my baking.

I'm very grateful to *thus far* not have to worry about stuff like a few chocolate chunks :-). If that should change, I'll be seeking you out.

So, have you worked out the perfect super protein-packed cheesecake yet?

Darn you, Elizabeth, that sounds like a challenge.  LOL

I might have to get to work on it.  Hmm...PB cocoa cookie crust cheesecake.  I'll look into some recipes I've seen.

That looks wonderful.    Food porn at its best.

I'm almost afraid to try these, because they look SO good that I know I'll be tempted to get a big glass of milk or a cuppa hot tea and I've been avoiding those things.

Aw, who am I kidding?   I'm definitely going to make them.  Thanks for posting this!
