Thanks, Lori.  Reading this is very reassuring as a newbie post op.  Especially the stall part that I'm in right now.  I know I know.. the brain says don't be silly, but the heart is so used to failing.  Its good to see the info in black and white. Helps to put things in perspective for me.

Lori, as a pre-op, I would just like to say "thank you!".  This is a great time saver and I have bookmarked it.

Generally, it takes a great deal of reading the boards to get most of this information so having it all in one convenient post is "AWESOME".  I agree with the reply above that this should be a sticky so it is easy to find.

Thanks again!  I know I will refer to this often!!!

Thanks Lori for taking the time to gather all this fabulous information for us.  There is so much yummy info here that I am bookmarking for a later time.  Thanks again.

I feel like the last year 1/2 has been forever that I have been on these boards learning and gathering information.  I would not be where I am today if it wasnt for you and many others on this board. I have many heros here!!  To name a few, You, Major mom, Vitalady, Valeri G, Pattie L, Julie, Jerry and many others.  Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Not only is Dr.Greenbaum going to save my life, but my OH Family really have saved my life!!

Lori,

As a pre-op with a week to go (yikes...that's the first I have said that!!) I can't thank you enough for what you have provided here.  Bookmarked, printed out, and copied for family members and care givers!

I don't know what inspired you to do this, but I truly believe it was an answer to my prayers for a "handy reference" to get me through these first few days.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.  See you on the dark side!

Best,
~ Lois ~

This has soooo much HELPFUL information in it... and I've already put part of it to good use!

When I was early post-op I went to your profile almost daily to get an idea of what we could eat and could be tolerated.  You listing your foods had helped me so very much!

This is a great idea, thank you!
