But I'm pretty sure what you're seeing is your calcium. This happens to me too sometimes and I remember posting about it the first time it happened. It's the calcium from the capsules. Does it happen within an hour of taking your sups??

this has happened to me after taking certain capsules.  like one didn't go down all the way and i burped up a cloud of dust.

Happens to me fairly regularly. 

Lori is correct about the capsule getting stuck halfway down and then expelling the contents in a cloud during a burp.

My Actigall capsules are especially prone to do this.
