Make sure your Queso Blanco is "Listo para Freir"

I am also Dominican and I love queso de freir.  I get it as spanish supermarkets and Sams Club.  I also LOVE queso de hoja and queso jeo.  My family brings it to me from DR when they come visit, I also get them in NY but the ones from DR are so much better, YUMMY.

Oh, and the queso? El Caribe makes a great queso blanco for frying...I get it at Costco.
I get something here called WHEY cheese too. Do you guys see that? It is like a smooth ricotta but doesnt give off water when you cook it...so creamy and yum!

About the cheese I've never had the 2nd one you mentioned and the chesse I buy to fry is from El Tropical.  I love fried cheese with fried eggs and fried dominican salami.  Gosh I love fried foods.
